How we will help you:

Once you make an initial enquiry with us, your details will be passed to our panel law firm (who are authorised and regulated by the solicitors regulation authority), they will contact you to discuss your potential claim. Fair Pay For You is a claims management company, who acts as an intermediary between you and the panel law firm.

The panel law firm will then deal with your file if they believe you have reasonable prospects of success.

Diesel Emissions is not in any way responsible for the advice given or other work undertaken on your behalf by the panel solicitors.

When telephoning Diesel Emissions, calls are recorded for training and compliance purposes.

Diesel Emissions do not charge you for our services.  However, we may receive a referral fee for passing on your case.  The panel solicitor will go through your funding options with you. If you lose your case there will be nothing to pay.*  If your claim/s are successful, your Solicitor will deduct a % of your compensation, which will be pre-agreed within your funding agreement with the law firm.

Any payment that we receive will be paid directly from our panel law firm, there are no costs to you for our service.

*A fee could be payable for any claim(s) cancelled after the 14 day cooling-off period with the panel law firm or after the lender has made a reasonable offer.  There is no charge if your claim is unsuccessful providing you have not breached the terms of your agreement with the panel law firm.
